Who we are

RattleCoder is a revenue systems architecture and engineering consultancy operated by Vironaq Ventures Private Limited. Vironaq Ventures Private Limited is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to send us, plus the minimum our hosting requires:

• Consultation enquiries: the details you enter in the form — such as your name, work email, company, website, role, and your description of the systems, problems and objectives you want to discuss.
• Email correspondence: anything you send to us by email, and our replies.
• Technical logs: request and security logs generated by our hosting and infrastructure providers, which may include IP address, user agent and requested URL.

We do not ask for special category information, payment details or identity documents through this website, and we ask that you do not include confidential client data in an enquiry.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare for an architecture conversation.
• To keep a record of that conversation and any resulting engagement discussion.
• To keep the website secure, available and functioning correctly.
• To meet our own legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and operating the site securely, and on your consent where you have given it. We do not sell personal information and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.

Where it is held

Enquiry details are held in our business email system and, where our CRM integration is configured, in our HubSpot CRM, which acts as a processor on our behalf. Website hosting and infrastructure providers process technical logs on our behalf. These providers may process information outside your country; where that happens we rely on the transfer safeguards offered by those providers.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking profiles. Where we measure site usage, events are recorded without personally identifying information, and any cookies used are limited to what is necessary for the site to function.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as they remain relevant to a current or prospective engagement, and afterwards only for as long as we need them for legitimate business, accounting or legal reasons. Technical logs are kept for a short operational period by our providers. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. You can also withdraw consent where you have given it. We will respond to any request within a reasonable period.
